My wife and I have lived in Rockford for the past fourteen years. I have two children that attend Rockford Schools. 

I want to help and contribute to the community, so Rockford continues to be a great place to live and raise a family.

For the past six years I have served on the Rockford Planning and Zoning Commission, and I am also on the Rockford Fire Department. 

I run an irrigation company where I manage a large and diverse group of people. As part of the business, I balance costs and expenses, set budgets and projections and make many decisions that affect the employees and customers of the business.  

I have a degree in Political Science and a degree in Horticulture from the University of Minnesota. 

I would like to facilitate residential, commercial, and industrial development in Rockford so we can build a tax base that is less reliant on residential taxes so our schools can be better funded. 

I help develop our downtown district into an area where people would want to visit and spend a day enjoying our city. 

I would develop a long-term plan to build sidewalks and walking trails that tie the community together.
